Solitary (and Isolation)

First follows a list where the prisoners are sorted by the number of solitary confinements and isolations that they were subjected to. This list also shows in which episodes these events happened. Then follows a detailed list giving the reasons for every solitary/isolation event. Finally also follow some more comments about what I counted and not counted. Since Prisoner contained so many shifting situations and events, it is difficult to accomplish a completely fair and correct list. I may have missed or misunderstood some cases.
