MAIN EVENTS IN THIS EPISODE
Merle hides in Tommy's parents' house but is recognized by some neighbours who think she holds Tommy hostage and they call the police. The police prepare an armed attack on Merle but Ann arrives on the scene and talks Merle out of the situation. Craven tries to kill Rita with a crossbow but misses. Craven threatens to hurt Zoe and Lorelei stabs him to death with a knife.

MAIN EVENTS IN THIS EPISODE
Kath and Rita go into alliance against Joan. Rita is made top dog again in exchange for Kath having her shop back. Mervin helps the women to smuggle out the video tape. Lorelei begins to recover and tells her story. Craven's henchman, Terry Walters, agrees to tell the truth. Phil Clayton broadcasts his revealing TV program and The Minister, Mr Dwyer, has nothing else to do but reinstate Ann as Governor with Meg as Deputy, also Joyce and Marty get their jobs back. Joan is degraded to common officer.

MAIN EVENTS IN THIS EPISODE
The prison for a short while returns to something that could be called normal, with Ann as Governor and Meg as Deputy. Joan takes leave of absence to search for a new job. Rita is back as top dog and Kath gets her shop back. Lisa is released. Brumby makes another failed attempt to escape. Spider and Vicki try to undermine Kath's position.
