MAIN EVENTS IN THIS EPISODE
The Bev Baker drama reaches its climax when she suddenly commits suicide. Phil Cleary seems interested in Meg. A new young prisoner, Angela Adams, is brought to Wentworth. At first, she wins everyone's sympathy. Reb is helped by her mother, Deidre Kean, to escape from the hospital. Joan gets her job back and the officers' strike ends.

MAIN EVENTS IN THIS EPISODE
The information comes to Wentworth that Marie Winter has been arrested and taken to Blackmoor. Reb and Deidre are brought to Wentworth. Reb doesn't want to know of her mother who gave her in. Joan asks her officer friend, Cynthia, at Blackmoor to put pressure on Marie. The Union manage to get Dennis suspended because of him breaking the strike. Despite having police guard, Ann finds a new threatening letter in her house.
