MAIN EVENTS IN THIS EPISODE
David hits Karen instead of Greg. She is seriously injured and taken to hospital. Political activist Janet Dominguez is brought to Wentworth pending extradition. She teams up with Roslyn. Herbie has had enough of David's violence and reports him to the police and he is arrested. Karen's injury worsens and she has to be operated again.

MAIN EVENTS IN THIS EPISODE
After a long wait at the hospital, Greg is informed that the operation has succeeded and Karen will survive. Meg starts dating Jim's friend, Geoff, but it is obvious that Jim's wife, Leila, has a dislike towards him. Karen and Greg decide to move to Queensland and this is the last time we see Karen. Roslyn agrees to help Janet escape. Janet's friends smuggles in sleeping powder for Roslyn to put in the officer's tea. Roslyn's cellmate, Kathleen Leach, worries it might be poison. Roslyn swollows some of it to prove the opposite but immediately becomes unconscious.
