MAIN EVENTS IN THIS EPISODE Bea manages once again to hide from the police. Val's neighbour's daughter, Yvonne, recognizes Bea but doesn't give her in. We are introduced to another of Steve's rich friends and a possible contributor to a Halfway House, Marianne De Vere. For the first time we see the women, led by Lizzie, making home-brewed alcohol. Col Bourke makes a burglary at the Woods family. When police arrive he takes Mrs Woods as hostage. |
